I have 2 swollen glands on neck under chin for several months & feel very tired, should i see a dr for this?

Yes: Are the "glands" underneath the jaw further back, or right at the chin? Most likely lymph nodes, but there are other causes. A viral infection is the most likely, but I would have a doctor check it out, as there are some more serious problems which could cause this.
