Sle. history of pleurisy/effusion and pericarditis with serositis of liver etc. now center to right chest pain on even mild exertion. most likely cause?

more of same: Very likely sle related. Is the pain worse with a deep breath or cough? This is key! if so, it's more pleurisy or pericarditis. If not, it may well be muscular/arthritic/soft tissue inflammation from sle - check with your rheumatologist for addl treatment options.
