Dry mouth and throat. difficulty swallowing. feels like things gets stuck in throat and fullness pressure in chest and throat after eating anything. lots of burping. scope of throat ent said lpr. whats next? how to make eating easier? see gi doc?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lpr: Unfortunately LPR doesn't respond well to any treatment. Sometimes it will improve using GERD treatment so it's worthwhile trying a PPI medication like nexium or pepcid which is an H2 blocker. I believe that LPR falls more in the province of the ENT rather than gastroenterologist.
