Not HIV pos: The saliva test is a screening test and the blood more accurate or diagnostic. It sounds like a false positive screening test.

HIV: The saliva test is a screening test. Sometimes it can be false-positive. The confirmatory test is the final test. Discuss this with your doctor because this is important.
