Sinus pressure: Could be sinusitis from inadequate drainage.

.: Sinuses usually drain into the nose through ostia. Any inflammation or infection in the nose could block the ostia and cause blockage of the sinus causing fullness and pressure. Try decongestants, steam inhalation or nasal steroids to decrease inflammation.
