I have a calcium deposit in my rotator cuff dr said its too small to remove and i'll have to live with this pain. is there anything that can be done?

Calcium deposits: Calcium deposits are not necessarily the cause of the pain. You might have rotator cuff injury or other ligament injuries. Most of this deposition are small and it is not necessary to be removed and removal might not make the pain go away.

Move it: As much as you can, moist compresses and Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) might help if it gets bad.
