How do i remove hard water calcium deposits from my baby's humidifier?

Read the instruction: Hard water deposits will accumulate in humidifiers that use heat to create the humidity. The manufacturer's directions should recommend a household mixture or a product you can purchase to attempt to remove the deposits. Only use what the manufacturer recommends, or you may damage the humidifier.
