May be...: Without a direct look, it's hard to tell for sure what they may be although they may represent the presence of calcinosis cutis maybe resulting from epidermal pilar cysts with defected wall & calcification. Clinically, they are harmless unless becoming infected - rarely so requiring no treatment as long as mentally comfortable. If wanting to be treated, skillful use of laser or needle cauteriziing
