Body aches: Many conditions can cause body aches including viral, rheumatologic and malignant conditions. Minor body aches respond to Acetaminophen or nsaids such as Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) but if those sxs persist more than a few days it would be important to do some tests to rule out more serious conditions.

NSAIDs : The class of meds called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids) are widely available without prescription and are very good for musculoskeletal pains. Acetaminophen , Naproxen , Ibuprofen are examples. Take as directed.
