Yes and no: Although home monitors are considered to be reliable, the results do not always match with blood drawn lab run results. They are a great tool for long-term monitoring and treading inr though. No specific brand recommended over another.

Seem reliable: They seem reliable and are useful particularly in people who have erratic control of their Coumadin (warfarin) levels. Discuss with your physician.
