Depends: Your symptoms may indicate angina. If you have risk factors for heart disease like hypertension, increased cholesterol levels, smoking , family history of first degree relatives with heart attacks under the age of 55 yrs, abnormal body mass index, diabetes etc. , it may be a good idea to see a doctor and have ECG done. It is important you have an evaluation asap.
