If you want diagnostic clarity about your symptoms & your cardiac status, consult a cardiologist for evaluation & testing including a maximal cardiac stress test although I don't think your atypical symptoms suggest coronary artery disease. The cardiologist may refer you to a specialist in internal medicine for a thorough workup if he/she rules out cardiac causes of your symptoms.

Follow up in the office with your primary care doc and/or cardiology is needed. So far no immediate life threatening condition was discovered, further work up is needed as an outpatient in order to diagnose your condition properly.
