Ibuprofen or Tylenol (acetaminophen): Or aleve (naproxen) can all help with fever. Take as per bottle instruction. If other symptoms develop or fever doesn't improve seek medical attention.

Fever: Over the counter tylenol (acetaminophen) is the best if you do not have any liver disease. Should take it three to 4 times a day 650 mg. If fever from bacterial infections you might need medical care and might need antibiotics.
