Get evaluated: Fever can be a symptom of multiple etiologies. Best advice is to seek a careful internist to evaluate with a good clinical history, physical exam and a well thought out laboratory evaluation. The differential diagnosis for fever is very large. A good physician will treat best once he has enought data to substantiate a diagnosis. Careful follow up very important.
