No antibiotics: Antibiotics are indicated for bacterial infections, not fever. You can safely take salicyl-salicylic acid (salsalate) and choline magnesium trisalicylate (trilisate), you should consult an allergist/immunologist as whether you can use medications such as Ibuprofen unless you took them in the past and had no problems.
