How long do untreated hemorrhoids hurt for after constipation?

Hemmorhoids: A thrombosed hem will usually hurt for a few days then gradually resolve, so the worst pain is likely a week or less then slowly better over another couple of weeks. It would hurt a lot less and resolve a lot quicker if you let a surgeon treat it very soon after the clot forms. Then get more fiber in your diet to prevent recurrence.

Depends: After constipation the pain you feel could be due to hemorrhoids but may also represent an anal fissure or tear. If the pain doesn't reolve with a few days of resuming regular bm's, see a colorectal doctor.
