Washing your face: Washing your face regularly will cut down on the oil on your face and help prevent acne. Using a mild soap like dove works. If that fails, using something like neutogena acnebar may help . Washes with benzoyl peroxide will help but may irritate your skin.

Healthy food: Acne is really dependent on multiple factors. Hormones, oily skin, clogged pores, bacteria, stress level, greasy food (to some people), etc. From personal experience, i found that foods high in omega 3 fatty acids (salmon, fish, etc) help control acne. Mainly because of its anti inflammatory effects. Also, foods rich in anti oxidants (blue berries, acai, etc.) will help your skin as well.

Salicylic acid: Some product, notably a wash, that contains this. Sensitive skin or not, use it to the point you can tolerate. If you need something stronger, your physicain can discuss your many options.
