Good skin care: Although visiting a dermatologist to determine the cause (hormonal, skin care, topical reaction, etc) may be the best first step. A variety of skin care regimens ranging from gentle cleansers with appropriate moisturizers and exfoliation with the possible prescription of oral or topical retinoids may be a good beginning. However topical antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, etc may help.
