Should be treated: You should treat the yeast infection to decrease the possibility of uterine irritability. It can be done safely with difucan and/or you can insert plain yogurt in your vagina. This replaces normal bacteria that helps to overcome the overgrowth of the yeast. Probably should let your doctor know. Hope this helps.

Yeast infection: The vaginal yeast infection medications that are over the counter can be used safely in pregnancy.
