I've had a terrible bad throat swollen tonsils and pain swallowing anything/ talking unless i take advil (ibuprofen) the pain is too severe to just leave alone.

Treatment needsd: Please see your doctor . This may need an exam of your throat. If your dr thinks it is viral only rest and fluids are needed. Otherwise you may need antibiotics
