Look at inner first: Her pediatrician will look at the inner ear first. There can be other causes too.

Make sure: She is not anemic, anorexic and bulimic! if she is not eating healthy, this could cause her to be dizzy.Make sure she goes see her physician to check her blood , blood pressure, neurochecks and other medical conditions that cause dizziness. Need more detailed history to help.
