Common symptoms: for many viral illnesses or even migraine. I suggest symptomatic treatment now with rest and mild pain reliever such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If she has increased pain with looking down at her chest or lying on her side and hugging her knees, develops a high fever, or if symptoms persist for more that a day or two, she should be evaluated by your doctor or urgent care.

Depends: Many times few symptoms are just not enough to conclude as to what is wrong , a detailed history is required as to how long it has been happening , does she have fever or any other complaints with it etc. The best thing to do is have her seen by a Pediatrician to take a detailed history & do the examination.
