None: Cataracts are fixed via surgery, not eye drops which can be used to treat glaucoma.

Tear drops?: In countries outside the us, there are drops that are offered to treat cataracts. I have seen one drop (made by a us company) being marketed in south america for that purpose and another one from asia. However, there is no known mechanism on how this would work. I suspect that these are just lubricating drops. Patients with cataract tend to have dry eyes, and treating dry eyes can improve vision.

Cataracts: none. If advanced, it needs surgery.
