Blurry vision: After cataract surgery may be caused by a clouding of the lens capsule which is left in place during your surgery. It may also be due to an opacity that can develop in the vitreous or some type of retinal problem. You should be evaluated by your ophthalmologist to determine the cause of your symptoms and if there is anything that can be done to help them.
