Anafranil#1 #2-SSRI: Doses must be tailored to persons -age, weight, past rx use. Exposure behavioral rx is of some value along with talk rx.

SSRIs: Ssris like zoloft, prozac, Celexa are top choices for treating ocd, the doses required can sometimes be upto twice the antidepressant doses. Anafranil used to be a top choice before but ssris are generally the safest. Wellbutrin (bupropion) has no particular efficacy in treating ocd.

SSRI: Luvox (fluvoxamine) and clomipramine have the best evidence but anyone can be used.
