Likely: Luvox (fluvoxamine) is " selective SSRI"... mainly use for OCD and Social anxiety. But as a category qualify for " Antidepressant". If u use it and feel emotionally better- keep it.There is many choices and individual responses." NO ONE DRUG FITS ALL"

Yes: Luvox (fluvoxamine) does not have FDA indication for depression. However, some clinicians do prescribe Luvox for depression. A large review of the evidence concluded that Luvox is not better or worse than other anti-depressive agents in the same drug class but that it has a higher rate of vomiting and nausea.
