Sex and SSRI's: Some people experience sexual problems on SSRI's. The duration is variable and could be long. If you need treatment for OCD, you might discuss with your doctor the convenience to start SSRI's or other medications. At the same time, there are some behavioral and varied psychotherapeutic approaches to deal with this problem, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Exposure Reaction Prevention.
