No: Ultrasound has no effect on the fetus. Besides you were not pregnant when you had the ultrasound. Relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

Most likely cyst: Since most hypoechoic nodules are cystic, and hence benign, it is probably okay to wait for another ultrasound after delivery. But many specific details can alter that recommendation, talk to your endocrinologist so you can both be comfortable about that decision.
