Iam so worried that,i want to get 2nd ultrasound in 7days to checkon my one hypoechoic 5x6 mm nodule. is 2nd ultrasound in such a short time dangerous?

Thyroid nodule: It is not dangerous, but it won't add any useful information. Even if the nodule was going to grow(it may not), it would probably take several months to notice any difference. Seven days is simply not enough time to assess for an interval change, it will look unchanged at 7 days no matter what it is.
