Depends on skin type: If your skin is very fair, you are a candidate for more aggressive treatments like fractionated co2 laser under your eyes. I find this to be a very useful device in the management of crepey under eye skin. One treatment is usually sufficient. There are also new radiofrequency skin tightening devices you may benefit from. Be sure you are using a good moisturizer under your eyes as well.
