Discuss this with...: Your psychiatrist. It's good that your symptoms have improved. But it still sounds like your obsessing a bit. It might be possible to make a subtle adjustment in your medications to fine tune things.

Psychotherapy needed: I would recommend psychotherapy for this. Cognitive therapy would be most helpful. Your recent start of Prozac (fluoxetine) could possibly be playing a role, but do not stop it. It is also increasing the amount or Risperidone in your system.Your best bet would be to also address this with your psychiatrist. Congratulations on the resolution of your psychosis.

It is likely because: It is what you were used to. It sounds like you have made a lot of progress with your paranoia. The fact that you still search for ways to validate paranoia means that you could take your therapy even further in this area. Cognitive behavioral therapy can be effective. Take care.
