About what: Being "paranoid" usually relates to something. And there is usually a reason, whether it is accurate or not. Need more info bit it sounds like you are describing a state of anxiety and fearfulness which can accompany paranoid thoughts. Talk with someone to figure,put what is really going on. You will feel better if you do.
