Young Skin: This is abnormal and nearly incomprehensible. If you truly have early aging and the things you call wrinkles are, in fact, wrinkles then there is little we can do. But there is a lot a dermatologist can do. Please go see your family doctor to see if there is something here that is really a disease or condition.

Depends.: I'm sorry to hear you have wrinkles at age 19, but your age is certainly on your side. Retin-a (prescription, not "cosmetic" retinol) can help, but only a tiny bit. See an abps-certified plastic surgeon for advice about wrinkle treatments and weigh your options.
