is retina a or retinols good for fine wrinkles and dark spots? what age is ok to use and any precautions? what is good facial regime for my agegroup

No miracles: Better for dark spots, only slight effect on wrinkles. No special "facial regime" for age 50. The most effective thing you can do is to protect from sun, apply sunscreen every morning. If you have specific problems, see a dermatologist.
