Get checked: There is a wide range in dosing for Neurontin (gabapentin) for rls. It usually ranges from 300mg to 1800mg. But don't change your medication dose on your own. You should go to your doctor who can find the best dose for you. Much of it will be through trial and error, and slowly going up on your dose to avoid side effects.
