Not to worry: I would not be concerned for parkinson's disease from gabapentin. If it works and you currently are not having any side effects, then, i would not worry much.

Safety: Gabapentin has been around since early 1970s and used for lots of conditions into the very high doses. Typically no causative issues with degenerative problems like parkinsons.
