Yes: Systemic beta blockers can reduce intraocular pressure but not to the same degree as topical beta blockers such as timolol.

Betablockers: Beta blockers can reduce ocular pressure in open angle glaucoma. It was this observation that led to using bb eyedrops for treatment.
