See neurologist: Could be a migraine symptom or an epilepsy symptom, but definitely needs evaluation for other underlying possibilities as well, such as hypoglyic episodes. Best wishes to you.

Forgetfulness: I'm not sure what workup you've had for this problem, but you need a thorough one -- preferably with a neurologist at this point. Many things can cause symptoms like this. In a young person, drug and/or alcohol use would be frequent possibilities. If those are not part of your life, all the more reason to see that neurologist. Be well.

Consider these:: Perhaps your headaches are true migraines, and you could have symptoms associated with paroxysmal vertigo (balance), and "dysphrenia hemicrania transitoria" (memory). Alternatively, you might suffer episodic complex focal seizures, which might be seen on an eeg. Dr pappas is 100% correct, you need to see a neurologist. Blood tests will not be the answer here! hope outcomes improve.

Mental health?: If a neurologist does not find an answer these symptoms could be due to a number of different psychiatric illnesses. These include somatic illnesses, anxiety illnesses, a mood disorder or possibly psychotic illness.
