Dermatologist: Nothing you can do is very helpful. I'm sorry your acne was neglected when you were a teen. A dermatologist can use a filler, a laser, microsurgery or dermabrasion to make them less visible. Some women will like them, and several hollywood studs have kept their for "character" / the "tough guy" look (jet li, photo). It's your body and your choice.
