im11 weeks pregnant, i'm really cold but no temperature, have being throwing up and i'm dizzy, can't hold anything on my stomach what should i do?

IV Hydration: There is a point in early pregnancy where too much vomiting leads to a situation where you need help to get hydrated and your nausea treated. It sure sounds like you have reached that point. I think you need to contact your OB or get to the hospital for IV hydration.
