Probably not.: If that was the only time you had intercourse, your symptoms cannot be from being pregnant. Fertilization of an ovum (egg) takes place between 24 to 72 hours after intercourse and implantation doesn't take place for 10 days. Although you could become pregnant, your symptoms are not from pregnancy. I would recommend doing a urine pregnancy test if you miss your next menstrual cycle.
