Please have someone: Take you to the emergency room. At 24 weeeks, pre-eclampsia needs to be ruled out. Sxs of pre-eclampsia can include dizziness, severe headaches, vision changes, v urine output, nausea, vomiting, ^ blood pressures, upper abdominal pain.
