Sounds "viral": That is it sounds like a viral syndrome. Many viruses share these symptoms. Drink lots of hot fluids. Ear LIGHTLY and be "patient" Things may "unfold" in the next 24 hours. If your symptoms continue.....call your GP /Family Care Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
