Reye's syndrome: is fortunately a very rare disorder that requires hospital treatment. It is mostly supportive care with IV fluids, glucose, diuretics, antiseizure medicines, etc. There is no cure. It is just supporting the patient through the acute phase and hopefully to recovery.
