DBT: An excellent treatment for chronic fear of abandonment with associated symptoms of chronic emptiness, fluctuations in mood and turbulent relationships is: dialectic behavior therapy (dbt). This is a skills based program combining cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness meditation. Excellent therapeutic model for depression, anxiety, empowerment, development of healthy self and relationships!
