Old ones are good: The most common treatments are two older drugs: Ivermectin and thiabendazole. Ivermectin has advantages in terms of safety and tolerability. Tribendimidine is being developed in china, and shows some promise, but for now you can't go wrong with ivermectin.

Ivermectin is often used for treatment of Strongyloides infection with Albendazole being an alternative.
