I was treated for strongyloides with 2 doses of ivermectin + 1 dose of albendazole over a few weeks of time. i understand that these drugs dont kill the eggs though, only the adults, so what do we do then? should i continue treatment?

Eggs get eliminated in the feces and with no worms in your intestine no new ones would be produced. Unless you have symptoms related to worm infestation, you should let it be.
