Wait until delivery: Pregnancy can worsen vein function in the short term, but will improve to some degree after delivery. You can do some things to help -- wear compression stockings! avoid standing in one place too long. After you deliver your baby, then seek the advice of a phlebologist who can help you treat any residual disease. I recommend waiting at least two months after delivery before seeking treatment.
