BV: No. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) does not treat BV. For treatment, you should discuss with your provider. FOr women with BV but no symptoms, sometimes treatment is not needed. As well, BV can sometimes clear spontaneously, without any treatment. See your provider to determine what is right for you.
