Never Heard of it: Dermatofibromas are scar like growths deep in the dermis. Ganglion is a type of nerve. I am not aware of any relation between the two.

No: A dermatofibroma is a solid benign skin growth found in the lower layer of the skin called the dermis. Ganglion cysts are cystic structures found in the subcutaneous fat layer and are attached to a tendon.
